Discussion: Rammstein Yeah, German's easier to learn than English. I actually find it really easy, and really fun to learn. I keep writing songs in my German lessons, like "Mein Wurst". I wrote the song, didn't I? It means "My Sausage". Speaking as someone who learned English as their second language, I can honestly say that it is much more complicated than German. German is my 4th language and I'm learning it way faster than I learned English. I've been learning English for over a decade and there are still a few words I don't understand. After 3 years of German I can write songs in the language. English has a lot of pointless words and phrases, whereas German is very sensible. I was much amused when I learned that the German for "hoover" is "Staub saugen", which means "suck dust". But it's practical. English has way too many words which all mean the same. German is such an awesome language. >>By Sk8a H8a I think I actually first got into writing German songs when I started listening to Megaherz, so I can't give the credit to Rammstein at all.
