| Discussion: Pretenders i wanna know more about pretenders >>By gisasmith Hm......, not that much for the pretenders over here. Must admit they've never been that productive on their music, yet i like them, and especially in the beginning. Though Chrissie's first 2 albums combine rockmusic with pop and punk the music sounds quite smoothy. The death of the guitarplayer James Honeyman Scott brought their 'punkpart' to an end after the second album. Their sound embraced the smooth and didn't change ever since ( exept the album ''Viva el amor !"). Nevertheless i like their soft works.
