Discussion: Pet Shop Boys i don't know much about pet shop boys but i like their songs. They are preety unique. Anyway i know them by my sis. I love Neil Tennant's voice. He sounds very unique. A lot of people I know consider them an 80's band, but they never stopped making music! :) People still love them and they have millions of fans around the world. I'm not sure what my favorite song would be, but I love Being Boring, The Night I fell in Love, and I Get Along from their new album. The only thing that I wish is to hear Neil singing a bit more energetic, louder, a bit engry, very passionate just like in the last strophe of the song - That is my impression. XXXX >>By Metka 74 I know their music since I was a little girl, perhaps since I was five o six years old and the first thing that caught my attention was Neil's voice. He's terrific! Then, when I got older, I listened to their music again and it brouht me back my childhood. I must say that my favourite songs are West end Girls, Suburbia, Discoteca (Neil's Spanish accent is pretty good), Electricity and more. I would like them to do more songs with some lines in Spanish, I think it really suits them. I am in love them since the time I listened to Suburbia 17 years ago. Always on my mind, and the album "Actually" made me a fanatic. Even subtle things they make are wonderful....such as being boring or the entire behaviour album. But the best part is how they write those lyrics and how they sound so cool but so nostalgic and worried. My favourite songs are 1. Always on my mind 2. Suburbia 3. And their songs are so clever and well-written. The VERY album is my favorite pop album of alltime with such gems as "Different Point of View", "Yesterday When I Was Mad", "Can You Forgive Her", "To Speak is A Sin", "Go West", etc. They've never gotten the respect in America they deserve although they had a number of top ten hits in the past.
