Patti LaBelle is just what her name says..."THE BEAUTIFUL".....the most beautiful singer, actress, role model, and all around person that I have ever met in my life. Patti does not get the recognition she deserves, but that does not stop her from making her mark in the industry. You cannot mention her name without someone saying I know who she is. You see people talking about Aretha Fanklin, and her house burning down. But you never really here anything about Patti Labelle. I'm here to say that I LOVE PATTI LABELLE as a friend, big sister, inspiration, aunt, cousin, and everything above. Words cannot express what a talented female she is. She has been through alot and has strived in everything she has ever did and is going to continue to do. But just because you see in the newspaper that she got a bad review at a concert, doesn't mean that she is a bad influence. When you see other singer do more than that what do you call them: STARS but I like to call the in Patti Terms *RATS*! >>By Kisha well, i have alot to say about patti labelle, but i don't have enough space in here. i've been a fan of miss patti since i was 15 and there is no singer that can change that, patti is the best there is, i've been to so many of her concerts and everyone is different, which is great, awesome etc. patti is a great influence to people you don't hear all this bad stuff about her, she's a great role model, patti your my role model, my hero, my idol, and you are my friend. i will forever have love and respect for you. your the greastest.when the paper try to give bad reviews, it's because they're player hatting, if you make a mistake, hey, your only human. patti your a wonderful and dedicated mother, aunt, sister , friend, and performer. everything you do you make sure you do your best, you show your fans love and we give the love back to you. i've been too a couple of patti labelle s concerts, and i've asked for a hand shake or a hug, and she stopped and gave me both a hug and a hand shake. She knows how to put on a great show and she loves her fans. If you ever want to hear some real singing listen to one of her albums. She'll make hair stand up on your back and you might even cry. I will always be a fan of hers. She is beautiful, with a fierce spirit and a powerhouse voice. Her music will be in my heart forever. I am only 15 but ever since I was a baby Patti has held a special place in my heart not to mention about half of my cd collection! No one can sing like Patti, and no one ever will. One of my favorite songs is Over the Rainbow and I though Sam Harris was the greatest singer of that, but then you came and remade it and blew it into I song that I want you to sing at my funeral. I think that would send me to heaven with a serenity that only God's knows. Patti, you take care of yourself and hopefully before I leave this earth I can see you in concert.
