| Discussion: Nikki Sudden I finally got Nikki's Texas album, and was very disappointed. I tried listening to it again on alcohol, but didn't like it any better. Are there other drugs I should use instead? Ronno >>By Ronno Texas just isn't very good... 'Dead Men' is worth getting. as is 'Bible Belt' and, of course, all the Jacobites stuff. Don't bother with 'Back to the coast' either - that also sucks. Would also recommend 'kiss you kidnapped etc' with Roland Howard, 'buffalo bill' with rolamnd and Jeremy Gluck and also, if you can get a copy, the 'last bandits in the world' album which came out in about 86 and, I think. >>By starscape Excuse ME!!! "Texas" is absolutely BRILLIANTI !!! I strongly suggest that you take another listen. Nothing Nikki Sudden has even done has "sucked" and if you had the least bit of manners you would keep such silly "opinions" to yourself, though I believe each has his own right to his opinion and this is certainly the place to express them. It just horrifies me that you, in my humble opinion, would recommend that others not listen or purchase such brilliant works as "Texas" and anything Nikki has ever done. So.....there ya go.
