I CAN'T UNDERSTAND HOW IN THE HELL PEOPLE DON'T KNOW ABOUT THIS BAND. MINOR THEAT IS ONE OF THE BEST BAND IN THE 80'S. I WAS 15 WHEN I LISTEN TO OUT OF STEP ALBUM BY A DRUNK ASS FRIEND OF MINE BACK IN PUERTO RICO. THEN I GO TEXAS ( FORT HOOD) AND I MEET A CALIFORNIAN PONKO (PUNK ROCKER) WHO LOVES THEM. YOU HAVE TO BUY THE GREATEST HITS ALBUM MEN.... VIVA EL PUNK.

I am really glad there are Minor Threat fans out there. The beginning of hardcore straight edge as we know it!! They had real talent. The DC hardcore scene was great.

well camp, sXe is a non drug, sex, drinking ect. hardcore thing..you really cant be sXe without the scene. straight edge was created by a harDCore band minorthreat..you cant be into alternative and be sXe it doesnt work so to awnser your question both..we love the music and we dont need the drugs to prove it!

I don't need drugs to prove it either. But that still doesn't mean that I don't drink from time to time, smoke or have coffee or tea for that matter.
Some straight edgers take it to far for me. Being one is oke by me, but often I get confronted with this preaching kind, that tries to convince me that I should live like them. That I don't respect.

And to keep it to straightedge, what about sex?

and what is that with the big cross that ASvril now uses as her fashion statement. doesn't that offebd you straightedgers? I know where the cross comes from, but what do you think that now april's joke is using it?

Umm camp king....we dont care about publicity let her wear the X she can think shes straight...or as maybe she is maybe she is..but her wearing it as the FASION statement doesnt worry me to much. Im not sXe for the trend in fact i dont label myself as edge..i just choose my own path, so choose yours, us non-users could care less how your life turns out. although most would be quite pleased if you chose the sXe path, i dont.
