Age of 369 / Chant 2 my first Merzbow experience...I am definitely intrigued and interested in purchasing more....first impression: Like Metal Machine Music, but you can "hang your hat" in places.....repeated listenings reveal "tunes" of voice loops, railway tracks, etc.....definitely some of the most powerful soundings I have experienced....breathtaking and awesome....where do I go from here?

Akasha Gulva....that's my favourite Merzbow so far. Relentless, unpenetrateable, very loud....even with the volume down. Maximal minimalism. I also love Hybrid Noisebloom. I can't get into 1930.....it never seems to go anywhere.

I prefer Tauromachine, which is more violent... But 1930 is great because there are some very strident sounds. Not for childs !
