If pressed for my top favorite albums of all time, and my taste spans many genres, I would START with Mark Germino and the Sluggers "Radartown".

On and off, I have scoured the internet for used copies of this album to pass on to any/every music fan I meet.

I was recalling some songs this afternoon and my memory failed me on Leroy and Bo Adair. Does anyone happen to know the line between "he looked down the road to see a crowd gathered around someone laid out cold on the street" and "Leroy looked down at Bo's innocent eyes"? I wanted to play the song to someone who has never heard any Mark Germino, but was stumped for the line.
please email me on timbrombley@hotmail.com
Thanks

Tim...

Now one day when Leroy was out on the town
Passing out pamphlets for free
He looked down the block where a crowd gathered round
Someone laid out cold on the street
Well it didn't take long for Leroy to know
Who his own fellow comrades had spared
'cause balled up in a knot with blood on his face
Was his very own brother Bo Adair

Well Bo sat up slow and started shaking his head
Then he looked up at Leroy and spoke,
He said "Those friends of yours who try to keep this world pure,
Well it appears that they can't take a joke."
