At a family Christmas 2-1/2 years ago my niece's husband handed me a cd he had just burned from his new computer and told me it was a Christmas album by someone called Manheim Steamroller. I figured it had to be a "rock" group by it's name and thougt it might be kind of neat to listed to as I had just gotten my first cd player. I've never received a gift that's given so much. I've listened to that album at least
once a week ( and sometimes nightly ) ever since. I still don't know the title of the album as it is an unmarked disc. It does have "Oh Tannenbaum" with Johnny Mathis on it. I've since acquired four more
Christmas and one Fresh Aire album. I'm an old man who has drawn
more joy and memories , and have to use the superlative chosen to so many of you.......AWSOME.......AWSOME.

I thought I reached the end of the internet, then I stumbled onto this site. I am just a young bloke with not much of a life so I am trying to leave a message on every message board on the internet. Who is this Steamroller guy is it like Steamboat Willy? Anywho feel free to write another post and explain to me all the wonders of this fascinating character.
