LoS is unbelievably good, especially live. Mostly bluegrass oriented in style, but they bring in so many other genres of music, it's baffling. Drew Emmitt is possibly one fo the finest fretted instrument players in the music industry and i say that as someone who has played for 25+ years. Vince is also sharp as hell, and their songwriting ability is most definitely excellent. they totally live up to the moniker "poly-ethnic cajun slam grass"... you have to see for yourself! if you love live music especially, i would highly recommmend driving 100 miles (2hrs) to see them- they are that good and you won't regret it.
