I'm listening to Fried which is my favourite Julian Cope album. I saw him live on the 20 Mothers tour in Wolverhampton and he was brilliant. Highlights were Sunspots, Books and Safesurfer. He jumped into the crowd and hugged us whilst still singing!

Skellington is great too. I find it uplifting. Julian has an ear for a catchy tune and a subversive sense of humour. A true individual.

I heard he's playing folk festivals these days. Is he going to release another album?
