Hello fellow jazz enthusiasts

I am looking to find out the names of the members of the average white band. Was there ever a musician named Billy Signer in this band?

If you type the name of the song you'd like to learn and put bass tab after it in google, you can usually find the tab. If not, you can go to www.bassmasta.net, and they have blues, jazz, rock, rap, all those genres in their own sections.

hello.... its nice to know there are people other than me who are more than eager to share the things we know about this field. thank you jazz people....

But who's the pioneer of "complex jazz"? Coltrane, Miles Davis? Or Ornette Coleman? Thelonious Monk, or Charlie Parker? Depends pretty much what kind of complexity you're after...

Hmm a guitarist might like Song X, a pretty free album with Pat Metheny and Coleman: www.allaboutjazz.com/php/article.php?id=18547
