If you would have asked somebody a couple of years ago who their favorite rapper was and they said Nas, then you would laugh. Most of you Nas groupies just started liking him after you heard ether. What's sad about it is that Nas didn't win the beef anyway. Nas took about 3 months (with the help of advisors) to write ether and Jay THOUGHT OF super ugly in one day. That's right, THOUGHT OF, my nigga Jigga doesn't write down any of his lines. He came up with a good comeback the day after he heard ether and he got nas on the Blueprint 2. The only thing Nas could say on God's Son is fuck the Gift and the Curse. Why do most of you Nas dickriders say Nas is so real anyway? Oh because he can't sell records and because he goes back to a hood where he isn't respected and shoots some low budget videos? BULLSHIT! Nas doesn't give a fuck about his fans anyway. He keeps his money to himself and wont share it with anyone because he is a greedy mothafucka! Jay has a scholarship program for high school students in Brooklyn and he donated the proceeds off his tour to the Sept. 11 charities. Jay is smarter than that dumbass Nas too. Jay is making sure that after he is gone, Rocafella will still live on, he has Armadale Wine, S. Carter Shoes, Rocafella Films, Rocafella Music, and Rocawear. After Nas is gone then so is his little ILL Will Records. If anything Nas should be thanking Jay for giving him life again. Before Jigga dissed him, Nas's career was pretty much dead, but it was brought back by Jigga's excellent Takeover diss. Nas's biggest dream is to be a hot rapper and have commercial success like Jigga. He tried it with his Nastradamus album and the shit blew up in his face. Jay has had rap in the chokehold since 96' with the classic Reasonable Doubt. Another funny thing is the fact that since the Jay-Z/Nas beef, many have gone back to praise Illmatic, but before that, only the diehard hiphop cats like me knew about it. Illmatic was a great album but Reasonable Doubt was better. Reasonable Doubt redefined rap music. The problem with Illmatic is that it's too fuckin short to even be a decent album. It's only 38 min. and 10 tracks. Thats not a full album, its just a sample. Reasonable Doubt had the same quality as Illmatic but it had more of it. Jay-Z said that he is going to write his rhymes for The Black Album in November, that's right, he's going to WRITE his lines for the FIRST time. So even Nas groupies know that this Album is going to be straight fire!!! until then remember that artists like Nas are good, but Jay-Z is great! >>By Reasonable Doubt I'm from Finland.
