| Discussion: Jamiroquai i used to skate at meanwhile gardens under the westway years ago with ricky and wallis, i was heavily into it at the time. One day isaw this guy come skating over and a few of the guys went to greet him he had a little skate around but eventually the all ended up in a little circle listining to this guys mini tape player i realized sometime later that it was jay kay when i went to see him at one of his first gigs in a bar called wkd,s i had just started to play the bass and it totally inspired me big time. jamirroquai,s history speaks for its self.As for me well i learnt all those b lines and still love them now,I,m into my motown, herbie,meters, and the funky house stuff infact i play for a certain record label (kidology) u-know some muso,s say that jamiroquai sold out a bit but i always defend them who cares anyway there funky as shit and will always have a place in my soul. >>By cleggy Jk es el mas rico, se viste del putas y baila chevere!!!!.... los videos del grupo son la chimba y la musica es sin igual!!!!... en pocas palabras!!! Anyway, I really like this music...have all Jay Kay's albums. My favourite album is Synkronized and I particularly like the track 'Destitute Illusions'. A couple of years back my first daughter was just born and I had recenctly started a new job working very hard for not much money to support all three of us. I used to come home stressed out and exhausted. I'd relax by smoking a large scube and lying on the hardwood floor of our little terrace house in Norwood, Adelaide, and listen to this album and just let my mind drift.
