I remember way back in '68 listening to a particular radio station on a Sunday evening entitled the album show. It was during the flower power
era when "Hendrix" was setting the world on "Fire", that I heard this amazing repetitive wall of sound, 17:05 of sheer hippy driven, hard rock?
heaven, the song immediatley grabbed your utmost attention, and your first thoughts this track will blow your mind. My god I must purchase a copy immediately. 27 years later a deluxe edition was released with the
full live version, a killer remastered version, of the original track, in all its full glory, an absolute must, although it may be a little outdated, turn the volume up close your eyes an relive the fond memories, it kills!!

hey gvnm! you are definitely right about Metamorphosis! one of the best ever, especially butterfly bleu...gets you there with the music only. can't figure out why the "critics" thought it was junk. by the way, what would be the other nine albums that you would pick?

Saw I.B. about a dozen times in the late 60's... Great live band... San Jose (CA) Fairgrounds was a great show, if I remember.... Oh, hell, it could have been anywhere at that time....
