Yeah I love this fucking great band ! I saw them in Paris and their show lasted 3 hours !!!!! It was great ! Iced Earth RULES !!!

i think if i was gonna start with any iced earth cd it would definitely have to be the dark saga. that is just an awesome cd and it has a dark more mature tone than something wicked. i realize some people dont like the gloomy overtones but damn them all to hell cuz it is a badass cd. damn, is anyone else gonna miss matt as much as i am? i mean i just wanted to see matt bust out with dante's at least once before matt left or iced earth fizzled away into obscurity (which of course will never happen) but i guess i wont be able to ever see the greatest singer ever perform one of the greatest songs ever.

Actually, Iced Earth is an American metal band. Jon Schaffer, the heart and soul of the band, is from Indiana. The current singer, Tim "Ripper" Owens is from Ohio, and the drummer, Bobby Jarzombek hails from Texas. As for the nineteen former members of the band, I'd rather not list every individual's origin, however, don't take my word for it. Lastly, Gettysburg 1863 was a brilliant musical composition. Way to go Iced Earth
