If it wasn't for bands like husker du, there would be no grunge. Today's music scene sucks ass. Fake punks like avril lavine ruined good rock music!!

i don't trust anyone who doesn't know and love the huskers.

Then you must distrusted a lot of people..
I only have candy apple grey, which is a great album, and some Sugar records, which I must say are also great. Sometimes it surprises me that bands like tis, with such good songs and power never reached the big public. There are numerous bands how said they listened to Husker du and that they were of great influence on there music, that have reachd higher places the HD. But never have any of these fans decided to go and try out this influential band.
Too bad, for I guess they don't know what they are missing out on...

Btw, how many records can you do in one year? Is it right that there are 6 Husker Du albums only in 1990?

a good punk rock band until New Day Rising when they became a great rock band. Candy Apple Gray is excellent. Warehouse is one of the best albums ever. Definitely top 5. 23 songs and they all rock.

This band changed the way I think about music...everything from Metal Circus, New Day Rising, Flip Your Wig, Zen Arcade, Candy Apple Grey, Wherehouse Songs and Recordings, all really good efforts from a band with much internal strife. Bob Moulds first couple of solo albums are stellar as well.
