true...looks like the dolls are going to fly off the shelves then huh?

>>By Brokendreams   (Saturday, 19 Jun 2004 19:12)

I should hope so.

>>By Sk8a H8a   (Saturday, 19 Jun 2004 20:04)

I don't really know what to write right now... but haven't it gone too far by making dolls of an artist?

>>By Mekko   (Saturday, 19 Jun 2004 23:03)

I really think Good Charlotte's clothing line was taking it too far. Dolls aren't that much worse. They crossed the sell-out long ago.

>>By Sk8a H8a   (Sunday, 20 Jun 2004 00:48)

i like good charlotte but they are asses. they call themselves punks when their not and that just pisses me off,and their HUGUE fans are really young and only like them b/c there cute and they think there all hardcore cause they listen to them.

>>By RaNcId_StAr   (Sunday, 20 Jun 2004 05:59)

what was that video where they went all "gangsta ho"...i think it was anthem-whatsit...i couldn't believe that. And lifestyles of the rich and famous, aren't they rich and famous. And dolls...gc dolls, that just really makes the heart break, that they should stoop to such a juvenile level, ugh

>>By Artemis7.0   (Monday, 21 Jun 2004 14:48)

yea...i like gc and all...but dolls...i just dont understand that shit...

>>By Brokendreams   (Thursday, 24 Jun 2004 00:38)

I agree with brokendreams... somehow I just don't know what to write here so I haven't done it on a while... heard something about that GC's first single from the new album is called 'Walk Away'... I don't know if it's true or not... but still..

>>By Mekko   (Thursday, 24 Jun 2004 01:49)

i met them when i was suicidal they sang hold on for me.

>>By peyton   (Thursday, 24 Jun 2004 02:02)

are you for real..thats really nice

>>By RaNcId_StAr   (Thursday, 24 Jun 2004 04:51)

Hahahaha that is so pathetic.

>>By Sk8a H8a   (Thursday, 24 Jun 2004 16:20)

I think it's sweet... I wouldn't mind if anyone did like that to me...

>>By Mekko   (Thursday, 24 Jun 2004 16:41)

Yea, their new single is "Walk Away". I like it, I think it sounds totally different from their old stuff. I downloaded it, but the only version I could find was them playing it at some big concert in Japan, so it doesn't sound it's best.

>>By Squeegy   (Thursday, 24 Jun 2004 17:55)

Sk8a H8a - it ain't as pathetic as you. Look, people go through shit, so allow!!!

>>By kathy_moose   (Thursday, 24 Jun 2004 20:33)

nah, i agree with Sk8a H8a....don't get me wrong, it is a shame that people have to go through shit like that, but for GC to go and sing to them so that they won't be suicidal, that kinda sounds like something that a boyband would do, like backstreet boys or sumthin. Its to mushy, that's what makes it funny.

>>By Artemis7.0   (Thursday, 24 Jun 2004 22:40)

still its a nice gesture all the same besides GC already have a boy band rep they cant go much more downhill than that

>>By theli#1   (Thursday, 24 Jun 2004 23:45)

I guess you're right... but then I guess I like a boyband...

I want to hear that song...

>>By Mekko   (Thursday, 24 Jun 2004 23:53)

they are a disgrace to decent music

>>By r.t.   (Friday, 25 Jun 2004 00:12)

that depends on what decent music is...

decent music for you maybe isn't that for me... and what I call decent music... you don't like at all...

>>By Mekko   (Friday, 25 Jun 2004 01:05)

okay, fair enough, how about if i put it this way. they are a band that are more than likely not in control of their own destiny, they are concocted by some think tank in the music industry, who really don't care about artistic freedom, just the bottom line. The band will be used up and spit out. I guarantee that their next album will bomb, and YOU will likely not like it. Another band will take their place to cater to the mindless masses. Is that worded a bit better?

>>By r.t.   (Friday, 25 Jun 2004 02:08)

wow that was worded very well r.t cheers

>>By theli#1   (Friday, 25 Jun 2004 02:17)

My friend found these lyrics to "Walk Away". They might not be 100% right, but the majority is. It has a darker sound than their other songs.

"I made this bed
and choose to lie in it
Live with my regrets
sleep with what i said
could this be the end
am i standing on the edge?
of everything i wanted
i was afraid
i was afraid

Maybe i'm just scared
to face the things i fear
it's easier to walk away from everything
separate my soul
with all the things we shared

I'm falling to pieces now
say a prayer for me
will you go through pain?
I'm in need of your faith now
I was afraid

Maybe I'm just scared
to face the things i fear
it's easier to walk away from everything
if we could just reset
and live in happiness
instead of our regrets
we sail a mile away
set me free a mile away

pray for me now
I'm in need of your faith
pray for me now
I'm in need...

Maybe I'm just scared
to face the things i fear
it's easier to walk away from everything
if we could just reset
and live in happiness
instead of our regrets
we sail a mile away

walk away from everything
walk away from everything"

well said r.t.

>>By Artemis7.0   (Friday, 25 Jun 2004 19:09)

I like it... I can't wait until the CD gets out...

>>By Mekko   (Friday, 25 Jun 2004 23:10)

I heard the CD's due out in October. For the US at least. I think they titled it "The Chronicles of Life and Death".

>>By Squeegy   (Saturday, 26 Jun 2004 00:23)

Well, it's gonna suck. Don't be optimistic.

>>By Sk8a H8a   (Saturday, 26 Jun 2004 01:18)

Eh, they've said it's gonna be a lot darker than their other albums. If I didn't know Joel's voice, I wouldn't have known "Walk Away" was their song. I'm looking foward to seeing how their sound has changed.

>>By Squeegy   (Saturday, 26 Jun 2004 01:27)

they're good even though I've only heard one song by them....

>>By Mekko   (Sunday, 27 Jun 2004 11:07)

well seeing as they weren't at all dark to begin with.....

>>By Artemis7.0   (Tuesday, 29 Jun 2004 23:30)

did a page get deleted? NEwayz... as i was saying. over 20 pages of ''benji is gay" at first i thot that was bad enough but i was wrong! now joel is dating teeny-bopper hilary duff. she's 16! he's 25, isn't that oh, i dont know..ILLEGAL? there's something really wrong with this band.
