I love his music.. And he is unique in every way..
Although his music is beautiful, some of the recordings are a big shame. For example:
I love the songs:"Jesus to a child", "You haved been loved" and "Cowboys and Angels" but the songs are badly recorded in the high frequency range. His voice pronounces the "S" sounds much too loudly and I like my music crisp and beautiful but the bad recording of his voice damages the songs..I am obligated to lower the treble but that takes out the clear high frequency beauty of the music.
I give the music 5 stars out of 5 but I would have to give only 2 stars for the idiot who recorded badly these beautiful songs. I currently own "Ladies and Gentelmen:The best Of George Michael" and "Wham, make it big"

Love You All

I really really hated Wham in the eighties. Seeing a video on MTV of them made me wanna throw up. Was swallowed by my prejudice that Georgy was just another goodlooking guy who's achievements went not further than the succes by his looks. And though this aint entirely untrue, i must admit that i was wrong, very wrong. In my search for Mike Oldfield in the recordstore in '90 a particular CD named 'Listen without prejudice' slipped through my fingers..................I red the inside layout and discovered all the writing and productions were done by himself ! And when i red the lyrics i was almost forced to come to the conclusion that the thoughts of this man went much further and deeper than just being 'pretty'!
I gathered all my courage and, yes, i bought the cd.
I feel the need to write this, 'cause to me George in the eighties has been one of the most traumatical experiences in music ever. It is the same man that i do now respect for his achievements, his great music, and for the courage he has to go searching for himself. He turns out to be gay. And i can still hear him say :"Who's givin' a xxxx ?".
