Fluke are amongst the best musical artists of our time. I don't think they are given any credit for their excellent music, and their massive influence on music as a whole over the years.

I despair. If anyone has so much as heard of Fluke, please give me your thoughts on here.

Fluke are phenomenal. What amazes me about them is that they get better with age. Six Wheels On My Wagon was great, OTO was brilliant, and Risotto and Puppy are beyond words.
They are horribly underrated too. In my humble opinion, they are better than Underworld, Chemical Brothers and The Prodigy put together. Every person on earth should be forced to listen to the song Blue Sky, as I'm sure it would make the world a happier place. Name me a song more uplifting than that, and I'll eat my keyboard.
Favorite songs: Absurd (Risotto) Snapshot (Puppy) Setback (Risotto) Blue Sky (Puppy) Top Of The World (Six Wheels On My Wagon) Bermuda (Risotto) My Spine (Puppy) Zion (Matrix Reloaded Soundtrack)
Long live Fluke.

I will get into Fluke since you said that, Stinkfist. I agree that they could be better than CB and Prodigy put together without much effort.... but I don't think I will find anything I love more than Underworld in the electronica genre, ever. Still, worth a punt.

Yeah i'm kind of regretting including Underworld in that comparison, I love Underworld too (Jumbo was my personal anthem a couple of years back). Beaucoup Fish is the only electronica record that can compete with Risotto & Puppy.
However, Fluke's music is more powerful than Underworld's in my view. That doesn't necessarily make them better, as some of Fluke's songs seem to go nowhere, but when they get it right, they can make most other electronic music sound limp and worthless in comparison.

I'm heading the record store today.........
Should I buy Risotto or Puppy? (Don't say both)
>>By spikee
Wow I'm a little late, but incase you haven't bought one yet, I recommend Risotto.
>>By Stinkfist
I haven't yet, because I couldn't find Risotto and the only copy of Puppy had a broken cover, so I didn't buy it! I will look for Risotto at another store.

Risotto is their best album IMO, I love the song "Setback"
