| Discussion: Faith Hill she is a fantastic singer and my daughter says she is lovely breathe is a great album >>By bernard First of all I want to say that Faith Hill should never be on country radio again. I mean, you don't hear Britney Spears or Christina Aguliera on country radio so what is the difference? Faith is just as pop as them and has destoyed the reputation of country music. At least she sounded sorta like country music in the mid 90's. It's just terrible to hear her on country stations. She is stunning as 'the girl next door', but looks terrible with her 'singing slut' look. I realize country music wants to be rock, but what is with the country queens apeing Madonna? She did a special on TV that was great, but sang for some Country Music awards show and was terrible. The backup singers were mixed down and not near her - and it sounded like she coudn't sing. And that outfit?!!!!! I'm no prude, but a little decorum would be nice. It just didn't fit, unless the image she is trying to market is... the ROCK QUEEN. There is a billboard in town that shows Shania Twain (?) and some guy in a cowboy hat. It took a few looks before I realized it wasn't Michael Jackson and kd lang!
