Emo is awesome. I went to see The Used, Thrice, and My Chemical Romance in concert, and I got to see Thrice and My Chemical Romance...thats it. There were too many people in the room so the fire marshal said that The Used couldn't play. Damn I was so pissed off. But Thrice and My Chemical Romance were great.

Emo is a little bit depressing (that's not a criticism; I know what emo is about) and so is the state of this board. So this board is perfect for emo fans, which is exactly what it should be. Great!

Avril ownz those emo thick framed glassy glasses and she looks so emoish in dem and omg her songs sound emo too. she got emo punk and metal in all her songs and i lyke it wen she puts it right thurr!

Skater girl, Avril is not and never will be emo. Neither will simple plan. They are both pop.
Emo is just simply great. Some of my fav. bands are Dashboard Confessional, Taking Back Sunday, the Juliana Theory, Brand New, Get Up Kids, Thursday, and more.
Yea Emoboy, I got the new Thursday CD. It kicks ass.
Emo music contains some of the most creative lyrics.

How the hell do you get emo out of Avril and Simple Plan? HELLO!!! do you even know what emo IS?! Just because Avril has emo glasses doesn't mean she's emo. Hell eminem could put on emo glasses, would you call HIM emo then?wait, you probably would. Anyone SANE wouldn't.
