get real that kind of racesim and prejudict will only make this world an already more misrable place to live in. i pitty you for your ignorance. it is prjudisim like that will cuase only pain and roit like the cincinnati police did here so we can't get good performer to come here. i will pray for your soul. i'm not homosexual but i least know not to judge a person by race, religion, life choices or disability. no ones bron a bigot just taught to be one, i pitty the person who taught you to be that way. but there is chance you can be tolerant.
>>By dede (Friday, 23 May 2003 05:48)
i 100% agree with dede. i am only 15, but i grew up listening to a bunch of classic rockers like Elton John
etc....and i definitely know better than to judge a person by their looks, religion, etc. Calling someone a fag 30
times is immature and really shows how insecure you are. If you can't tolerate different people, or great music
than what are you here for. Moreover, your comment isn't very convincing to anyone who might want to make a decision
about Elton John based on this message board. I suggest you get your facts and opinions straight before you make a comment
like that again. Dede, have faith, keep on truckin'.
>>By Artemis (Tuesday, 17 Jun 2003 00:44)
thanks Artmis. i hope to someday see or shall i say hear him perform because i'm going blind. if i ever get the money. it's not likly he' will come to cincinnati or i'll afford tickets. but i belive that this world needs tolerence. my grandmother always said lets not judge unless you be judged. and to only judge by heart and action and no other reason.

He is gay.
>>By sniperfox2000 (Friday, 18 Jul 2003 19:07)
i know he is gay but it should not matter. it's the heart that matter and the good work he has done.

Hey- Do you guys have Elton's new CD yet? It's called "Remixed" and it's 5 tracks of old songs that he's redone in really cool ways. It came out in late December, but I only just bought it. I would definitely recommend getting it- but if you want to hear a couple of the songs first- check out these links I got from my internship at Universal...enjoy!

Elton is one of the most talented...and don't forget bernie ......artists out there. I play piano and his work is challenging. Anyone who writes in and trashes him because of his sexual preferance is totally out of line. It's the music that matters......I must admit it ......his old stuff was the best. His new music doesn't catch my ears. lol elton and bernie..coca

i'm and independent woman who like good music when i hear it. and i live on my own. bernie and elton made good team but they latley they lost the soul of their music. he need to find that joy he had so he can make good music. well happy belated birthday. since he settled down the quality of his music had really declined. all he plays in the concert is the old stuff from what others on his fan clubs say. the offical site he has not sent anything new since 911. thats pitfull.
>>By dede (Wednesday, 7 Jul 2004 05:42)
I love his songs, like sad songs say so much, and i guess thats why they call it the blues, its so true, his music and lyrics are amazing. I think my favorite is for sure tiny dancer.
its funny that most of his songs he seems to be singing to a woman, but he is gay, i guess it was not ok to be when he wrote most of them. he is great!
>>By jfredricks (Monday, 15 Nov 2004 17:24)
i have the peachtree cd it's not the best he had done and the excuse he said on tv about the throat sugrey seem to be why he sing so diffrent. but i think it, more he seem not to have the soul for music since the loin king. or west coast. cd's the let it show alttile soul when he sang on ray charles genius cd. he sand sorry seem to be the hardest word.alos since he had his partner david his work has gone down hill but if he is happy with his work and his life that's what counts.i hope i will se him perform soon before i'm blind.
>>By dede (Tuesday, 30 Nov 2004 22:47)
