Doris Day

Forum

My memory of Ms. Day is the 1975 Academy Awards program where she was dressed in a skin-tight red gown. Her "headlights" were clearly on high beam. I still think about how incredibly hot she looked that night.
I hope I haven't offended Ms. Day's legions of fans by recalling my memory of that 1975 evening.

And thats when she was a havin little Homer, Jr. Ludrella dont like to to be nekid in front of me. I think it has something to do with her being real hairy. I told her Id invest in some shears, but she sais with my drinkin and all shes afraid I just might lop off more that some hair. anyway, I hope yall have a good day, and Ill be thinkin about that purty doris day lady.

I think both of you are sick. Doris Day is a fine, decent woman and people like you two should be whipped, and I'd be happy to do it myself - if you'll just leave an address. My national club, The Doris Day Devoted Dykes club - 4D's as we're known, is dedicated to preserving the dignity of the Doris Day legend. On Doris Day (August the 5th) we celebrated by dressing up like Doris and watching Pillow Talk all day. We also invite the Rock Hudson Memorial Men's Choir over for an evening of
beer and show tunes (they really sing their little hearts out).

We love you Doris. We really do.

Hey Jim:

Before you drop by her hotel in Carmel and say "hello", I suggest you take a few adult evening classes, specifically in sentence construction and spelling. I understand Doris really digs guys that can write and spell
well. By the way, I understand Maury Wills was one hell of a speller!

Can anyone clear this up for me please? On Ms Day's recording of 'Secret Love" she clearly sings "Now I shout ish from the highest hill". What is the reason for this or am I missing something obvious? It's puzzled me for years.

Okay, you people are really strange.... I think Doris is a terrific actress, and she has a gorgeous voice. And, like some sickos mentioned, she is really pretty. She's a very talented lady, and I'm a big fan.

Saw the 2 hours on Biography about Doris Day and was suprized to find that of all the information about Doris that they were able to come up with, they didn't mention her fondness for Maury Wills.

I know she was portrayed as the virgin-wife, virgin-mother, virgin-actress, virgin-animal lover, but what about the virgin-Maury Wills enthusiast.

I think you are all a bunch of hicks from the hills. Doris is the definition of "class".

Is anyone aware of any Doris Day Convention (as mentioned on another site)? Does Ms. Day speak
to any audiences on a scheduled basis? Thank you. Judy   (Friday, 2 May 2003 05:27)
