Discussion: Dobie I actually got to meet Dobie Gray back in 1977. It was in Clarksville, Tennessee. I was helping to open a new night club ( The Music Emporium) in the town and Dobie was the opening act. He came to our apartment along with the rest of the crew that was helping that night, and he was starved because we had been so busy that noone had even gotten to eat dinner that night. I fixed him an egg sandwich and we had a really good time. He is a very nice man. I wonder if he remembers me... >>By Strawberri Girl
