talk about sasha? where do you start, he his probably the most talented dj around, pete tong once said "he is someone who could dj at your house party, with your records, and make them sound amazing"
his album is stunning, airdrawndagger was never going to live up to the five year wait but it was still an amazing debut. when you see dj play - he is loving it just as much as the crowd - if not more, i saw him play (along side john digweed) at homelands uk this year, towards the end of the set sasha played 'wavy gravey' it was such an emotional moment for a dj to be playing out one of his own records and getting such an responce from the crowd - a crowd that was knowledgable enough to know that they were seeing and hearing something special - that was one of the best clubbing moments i have ever had. and experiences like that set sasha apart from other dj's, it is what makes him so special. i can not honestly speak highly enough about him.

Fair play but was it as good as when he played @ Universe in newport 1992. Watching Sasha puke on the decks and stop the set. The set was great and some of the best mixes i have ever heard to this day. Even when he couldnt stand he managed to mix a Siedeth Garret accapela over bomb the bass. Respect.

I have the set of Manummision, what can i say?... it´s like giving a hand to God, it´s unbeliavable. I´m dj too, but i would rather could buy some vinlys that this amazing dj play.but i´m from Arg. and it´s difficult for us. I will love having some tittles so i can buy, Do some one have it?

well i grew up on his mixes from 90-93 i was obsessed by him...shame the music moved on to a more trance like state...u can not beat them piano anthems and top vocal trax...Nice to know u can still buy um if u know where to and what sodding tunes it was he played !!
Sasha is one of a kind and so were his mixes....in 1 word AMAZING !

There are many words that describe this unmistakable dj of past and so much of very present. Growing up as a budding dj through the ninties, Sasha's own unique blend of emotional tunes and cutting breatbeat/progressive sounds have certainly evolved of the years. He more so than anyone has the ability to control even a subdued crowd, constantly layering sounds to create a typical Sasha atmosphere, which everyone knows and will tell you is very memorable.

Thank you very much for getting into DJ'ing. I saw you play for the first time at Creamfields 2002 after my mate had bored me to death about how good you were at Sankeys' months earlier. I thought I was gonna be dissappointed - er, no - its hard to remember if I've had a better two hours!. I'm not ashamed to admit that that night changed my life for the better - I've been interested in making my own music since age 9 (ish) - now I'm actually getting off my arse and doing it (and buying decks etc).
I've waited a whole year to see you play again and thankfully it'll be twice in two months - Sankey's and Shindig. Fair play to you Sasha, best of luck!

Went out properly for the first time last night to see Sasha of all people. Big fan for ages now, but nothing could prepare me for that. He was playing in The Void in Stoke-on-Trent, where he properly began his career (Shelleys) so the crowd was up for it. Never seen anything like it, 4 and half hours of pure class, all seamlessly mixed and bang on cue.
Final track was Xpander and that totally rocked!!!
Absolutely awesome....
