Early Blondie got me into Punk/New Wave as a fifteen year old. I had resisted up until that point, thinking myself to be into Heavy (Deep Purple, Thin Lizzy etc) and nothing else! Denis was my first single by the band, and still one of my favourites. Mind you, having mentioned Thin Lizzy, it's crossing my mind I ought to go back and listen to some of that stuff again! Especially the Live and Dangerous Album.

Going back to Blondie, think back to Heart Of Glass and how influential that turned out to be!
