i never knew that two guys. . .a bass guitar. . .and drums. . .could be so mind bogglingly good. . .dfa1979 completely blew me away. . .

Thank god these guys are paving the way for raw rock. I think we are all getting a little tired of the "emo" crowd. This was the next progression after a full meal of "The Desert Sessions" by Josh Homme and QOTSA and James Murphy's "LCD Soundsystem".

I'm starting to hear them at some Chicago bars.
