jeez, how kawaiigirl put it was just as i had my first encounter with daft punk. ok, i was sick one day and flipped thru the channels and caught the last minute of one more time. i needed to see it again b/c i was in an anime craze then, so i purposely stayed home the next week, and i saw it. i fell in love with daft punk instantly. my sister and i watched toonami sometime after just for that. she didnt like it, but i got to see the four music videos from discovery. they are so great. and now that i went online, i got to see the two clips of the other parts of the movie. i am so in first line to get that movie. DAFT PUNK KICKS A$$!!!!

i have all the daft punk videos, and music, and yes indeed there is only 4 videos, but when you get interstella5555 just imagine the whole movie as a big music video

Hey,
I wuz listening to the radio on the bus on the way to school in grade 5 (2 1/2 years ago) and I heard One More time on the radio, I loved it but had to wait like 5 f***ing days before the idiot DJ finally said the name, then it wuz onto the internet and I found the song, I listened to it millions of times. Then I bought Discovery, I loved it too, even though "Too long" sucks, god how many times can u say Too long in monotone. But I luv around the world and am thinking of buying the Album. Daft Punk Kicks A$$!!! Ne Way I now have high speed (T1) and enjoy streaming radio stations and downloading Daft Tunes, (yes I WILL pay soon, just need some dam $$$) They so totally rock, I love to listen to their toons when ever I get a new GF (girl friend), so I have been listening to Daft Punk an X-Tra lot lately. Ne way I love em, they so rock, I like other music but Daft Punk is definatly the best, I have iTunes and all I have to do is listen to the songs like One More Time (lol) and they will be at the top of my "Most Played" List!!!! They So rock, I wish I could get the music video's, I don't have cable, parents think its too much and they don't want me watching TV that much. WELL THX A F**KING LOT, ALL I WANNA SEE DAFT PUNK ON MTV, HOW THE H*LL AM I SUPPOSED TO SEE THE MUSIC VIDEOS NOW????!!!!!

Hey hey!
Well, it seems as if you're rumors were wrong Kawaiigirl. Aw well, better luck next time! Anyways, Daft punk is the best! I found out about it when I was at my aunts, my parents were late for picking me up so I was channel surfing and landed on Cartoon Network (toonami) They showed the one more time movie and I thought it was really good. It took me awhile to get their name though. At first I thought they were called draft punk.:)
I think my fav songs of them are around the world (duh. By the way, havbe you seen the music video? lits not like the infamous anime ones, but its still pretty good) aerodynamic is good, too.
If oyu really like daft punk, you might also like electric six or junior senior. They dont have that techno feel to it, but they are really good dance bands. Belle and Sebastion's good for anyone, so are the pillows, Yoko Kanno, the beatles, DJ alligator, and, the beatles. (they might be old, but man, they are timeless!)*
Also, I think probably the best way to get ingo. about the anime music video is to go on www.ebay.com, type in daft punk video, and just read the description.

I first heard of daft punk when i was watching toomani late one night. It took me two years to find a cd.(i didn't have internet at the time) once i got my first daft punk cd(Discovery) i was hooked. i now have the interstella 5555 dvd and 4 daft punk cds. my favorite songs are the first 4 on discovery.
i have a question, is there a difference between the cd Discovery and the cd Discovery* ?

when i was 9/10 i heard them for the first time on tv (around the world) i realy loved the song and the clip was super too, then i heard nothing from them for a long time then stardust came (great song).
but then came one more time when i heard the song my hardbeet was going and i was sortof shivvering because it was so new and fresh but i was ashamed of my feeling for the music. but now i think Harder better faster stonger is my fafoured.

does any one know if they going to have a consert in holland or close to holland

I would have to say One More Time and Human After All are my favorite tracks. Some of Daft Punk's songs can get really repetitive but you gotta love how they use the vocoder.
