I can't really name a Cradle Of Filth song I don't like.Of course I haven't heard a lot of their songs but I've heard most and they are all good.

and when he while ago said (hopefully not in joke ... ) that he is gonna masturbate in front of reporters if cradle gets #1 song on some music charts (mtv music chart i think)...................................

Is there anyway of getting away from Him fans, i dont care about what dani joked about, ville valo and his band HIM (even though ville is the only known member to the mainstream) can go to fucking hell for all i care, but you proberly aint one of them people who run around saying ooooo vile is so hot ooooooo did you see viva la bam last night!? those people make me sick,........ but i gotta admit you have a pretty good taste in music i mean you listen to Death but i fucking hate HIM!

and i was just wandering why dani said it cause its not true... and no, i dont watch viva la bam, they are awful and not funny at all..... i hate bam anyways. and i admit HIM have gone sort of bad in last few years, but theyre still first band i ever liked so.....
anyways, i just noticed how no one is speaking, so i tried to make a topic...... because i thought someone made that up, but then i saw interview with dani when he said that

Never liked HIm to light for my tastes but this is a cradle of filth discussion so back on topic Nymphetamine is great one of their best cds to date just picked it up last week

Aye, the main riff in "From the Cradle to Enslave" is from the soundtrack of the film "Dune" and I'm pretty sure CoF didn't write that

They are a poor quality, commercialised imitation of the true European black metal that inspired them.
And worse, they give a bad name to good British metal; bands like Paradise Lost and My Dying Bride.

I definatly think there are better bands out there, But cradles old albums have got alot of people into black metal, athough now they are more heavy metal, and i really cant think of a band that sounds anything like them in there recent albums, although there new albums in my opinion are weak, there older stuff from the 90's make up for them, and in my eyes they are a pretty good Metal band. And as for the riff from the movie dune, i havent heard or seen the movie, but taking one riff doesent make them a rip off band.
