this is to rustyblade.......again u cantreally judge people by the type of music they listen to (not saying u did)
the whole thing about kids thinking they are hardcore when they listen to stuff like slipknot an static x
...well i am 18 years old and i do have to say i enjoy slipknot and static x...and if you Dub me a poser
because of that or whatever you people like to put it as...then so be it!
they are not one of my favorite bands....i love all metal weather it be new or old...with some few exceptions
(kitty being one) i am more into stuff like cradle, dying fetus, dimmu, morbid angel, napalm, malevolent, terratomb
, hellacost ect ect....bit i still like some of slipknots stuff...anywayz ...i wasnt trying to start any arguments or whatnot BUT
i just thought i'de throw my opinion in !

I really don't think this band is very good at all. When you really think about it they're a fake band. The lead singer does not gargle acid before singing, he has a voice box. He is not blind, and most of the other bullshit myths about him are untrue. They don't have much musical talent and the lyrics are repetitive and cliche'. Everyone in the deathmetal industry has similar lyrics. I don't understand how people can listen to crap that has no meaning. I mean unless you truly do warship satan and want to go around killing people and having a really, really scratchy voice of course.

Cradle of filth now i have alot to say about this band. I Honestly think they are one of the best bands out there and i wont say 'Black metal band because a bunch of people with chips on their shoulders will give me shit but since when the fuck is it an award to be called black metal? i wouldnt give a fuck if cradle of filth's catergory was shit on ass metal i would still love their music! im a big fan of black metal but i think cradle of filth has streched black metal as far as it goes and decorated it with there own style! i know not everyone likes dani filths voice but no one could say there music sucks!! Adrian is one of the best drummers i have heard man! and all of there music sounds great! It really pisses me off when people say cradle of filth is a pop band, i mean lets face that doesent make fucking sense at all!! for 1 pop bands dont write there own lyrics (well most of the time) they barely ever play instruments and some pretend they do example busted and avril lavinge and if there all like jessica simpson then there all a bunch of stopid fucks! but cradle of filth write there own lyrics, play there own instruments, and they are some of the smartest people in the music industry! just fucking look at there lyrics they are so amazing!! and the main reason..........THEY DONT SOUND LIKE A POP BAND!! Cradle of filth rock man! and i dont care what any1 says about them unless its just a bunch of shit that makes no sense!!!! as for cradle being black metal i dont care if they are or not!!! they still fucking rule more than most black metal!!!!!!

not...do u fucking see anything in that song that has to do with saitan or going on a killing rampage...i think they music is a work of art...dani likes to mostly talk about love and loss and midevil type things...sure there are a few that are about dieing but hey..who cares...lots of metal bands talk about dieing....but cradle if a work of art...they are absolutly amazing.....tif u dont like dani's voice then just take ur time to read his lyrics...they are beautiful...and meaningful....and...well....i think im out of words to discribe them!

i heard nevermore...i have it on my mp3 cd...i thought i was a song that sumone changed the name to a cradle of filth song but it actully wasnt! i donno...i never even listen to the whole thing becuz i thought it wasnt by cof....anyways i bought the nymphetimine cd...it rulse...gilded cunt and nemisis are my favorite songs...along with gabriel, nympetimine and the song after filthy little secrets...i cant remember what its called!

I Think Nymphrtamine is close to there best release since cruelty and the beast, drawing with Midian, I think cradle sound very diffrent on this album but not in a bad way, i think it sounds great and there are some classic songs on there like Nemesis and Swansong for a raven, This band are very hard working, us cradle fans get a new album like every year, Its great, I would like to see Nemesis as there next single because i think that could make a great video and with the ideas of cradle, who knows whats going to happen, anyway im very happy with Nymphetamine
