Chris, thank you so much for helping me through my troubled times, my father has cancer and whenever feel upset, about what it is doing to him, I go in my room and turn on the Audioslave cd and I'm in another world. Come on in an fill ur belly!! :D thank you for reading >>By mystic_beans Chris has the most intense voice that makes you really listen to the lyrics and you take he time to think about what he is saying which is not always obvious, like in "like a stone" brad thought it was a love song but really it's about chris waiting to die! he is amazing! my favourite song of his has to be "wave goodbye" from "euphoria morning" just because it is filled with so much emotion and he sings exactly how people are feeling, no-one else could do that! whether you have a god or not you have to agree chris should be it! >>By keels i love Audioslave. He has a great voice yes, but I really prefer the thing he did with Soundgarden then anything he does with audioslave. Audioslave is one of those 13 in a dozen bands that would have never made it were it not that there are already celebrities playing in the band. Mixing the sound of RATM and soundgarden doesn't sound like a succes to me, but more like a weak rip off of both bands... When you wanna do something new, do something new. But don't feed me this pre-chewed crap.... Believe it or not, I really love both Ratm and soundgarden. Later :) >>By music lover I think Audioslave are underrated by Rage fans and Soundgarden fans. You can't really expect a band to be better than Soundgarden or Rage because they're two of the best bands ever. Taken on their own terms, not compared to them, Audioslave are very good. Even though I don't like the second album half as much as the first one. Not yet anyway. Anyway it doesn't matter because Chris Cornell's solo album, Euphoria Morning, is the best thing he's ever done. Yes the man is a living legend. I love him too. >>By Flagg
