i've recently gotten in2 cave in about a yr. & a 1/2 ago.&since then i have found them 2 be a very promising band.they are definitely unlike nething i've ever heard.&i am extremely greatful for having found them.lately i've found music 2 be quite dissapointing & cave in have restored much of my hope.

If you like Cave In get an old Posies cd like "Blender". Carbon Copy. The Posies are actually a little better. I wonder if it's the same group of musicians going by another name?

No they are not the same people: Kenneth and Jon are doing Solo work now, and only play acoustic gigs as the Posies from time to time. great band, but I don't agree with Cave in being the same.. but surely, when you like Cave in, there's a chance that the Posies will do good for you too...

I personally like Jupiter a bit better then antenna, though I love the dvd with antenna.. I did lights for this band a few years a go, and had never heard of them.. at first when I was preparing for the show by listening to their music, I wasn't actually convinced, but after the show I was really impressed, they do know how to put down a live show.. and how to make a lightengineer happy: just give him the vynil for the good work, and he will promote you anywhere..
No really: they really are good, and defenatly live they Kick ass: hope being an opener for FF will give them a bit wider public.. They deserve it: and I don't want to see them go down like the Posies did, great live band, but never making the connection to the big public......
