Melodical extasy and Humour!!

I used to give their songs deeper sense than they had bcoz i m slavish so 4xmpl "Nothing left at all" i took as reflection-everything is falling apart evertng got its END.

WHAT ELSE TO SAY THEY ROCK...

one of the best bands ever.....never sold out to become pop stars.....they took the p*ss too much for that.
'lipstick' is such an amazing track...especially for old gits like me @36 to remember my youth.
energy, autonomy and electricty.

saw them live 17/4 at Manchester Arena 2. They are still magic. Go boil your head Gareth Gates!

the buzzcocks still rule! bands come and bands go, but the best ones stay valid and exciting to hear. i saw them last summer in austin, tx, and i couldn't believe how full of energy utter joy they were. steve diggle was bouncing around flailing on guitar with his pink tennis shoes not 3 feet from me. they wer incredibly tight, exciting, and the newer songs sounded great, too! i saw them also in '99 at the palace in hollywood, and they were awesome then, too. i got more pure excitement and adrenaline in 30 minutes from them than i get in 2 hours of most anyone else!

I saw them around 1979. Excellent band. No 'self-elevation' about them.

Shelley's voice could be a bit too whiney for some, but Hell, punk was meant to aggravate anyway!
