Busted r nce guys. like them, cause theyr music is fun. Have you heard 'year 3000' or 'crashed the wedding'? they are funy. and i don`t know any other band who r more cool.

Come on, people! Busted are just a manufactured boyband, holding guitars in their hands during video shoots and showcases on TV. There is no way that they can really play those instruments as well: look carefully at their video's if you don't believe me (for your information: I am a musician, so don't tell me that I don't know anything about music or so.)

busted aren't manfactured
they didn't go on pop idol or any of that rubbish.
in the crashed the wedding video
they all played the guitar but the difference is that 1 of the guitar is a bass.
if u releailed that in videos its is all mime and not really done because they have to do scenes
so they play the music and they pretend to go along with it.
when they perform live they alway play there own instruments and sing the song!!!
they can play the guitars
they can play other instruments aswell
such as the drums
piano
and lots more (but i can't remember off the top of my head)
i seem to be the only person sticking up for them

Hahahaha you think you have to go on Pop Idol or Fame Academy or whatever to be manufactured? If that's the truth, they don't do a very good job of manufacturing. I don't like anyone who has been on one of those shows, and quite frankly I think they're just as untalented as they were before they went on TV.
Of course Busted are manufactured - if you haven't noticed, Busted is an oxymoron. To bust something is to break it - the opposite of manufacturing. They only think about them that is punk is their name, and that means nothing. It just proves that they are pop-poser-punks. Busted suck a much.

lol! I hate busted. I would love them to support Slipknot on tour...not that i like slipknot (im more of an Aerosmith person) but itd be priceless... They are very mnufactured. Any band that has Smash hits as its main cheerleaders HAS to be manufactured. Are busted in america? I thought they were confined to us....

ok i can see why a lot of you may think they were maunfactured.. appearing on childrens staurday morning tv every week and all that, but personally i think that's just clever marketing from the management and not a sign of them being manufactured!
and on the Blink 182 point.. to pretend to be blink 182 would be to pretend they were punk.. when in actual fact they're a pop band so you're point's rendered invalid

no. theres three of you. well done. They are mnufactured. they talked about it in Smash hits magazine. They described how they were each selected at auditions, then toured schools to build up popularity. They do think they are punk. In every vieo, they do the devil horns thing, which is the punk/ rock symbol. They are pop, but id wish you would admit they are fake

busted are manufactured to the extent where they dont make ALL of the decisions about what happens. they write their own music, they play their own instruments, its their voices that you hear on the tracks. everyone has the right to an opinion, and some of us like busted, some of us dont. now then, how busted met is nothing to do with what they produce now, how they act, or what they are. so i cant see them as 'totally manufactured'

Firstly if they were formed before universal gave them a contracy universal didn't manufactur them. If the copyright of their songs is in their names it must be written for them by people with the same names then, which i very much doubt. If matt went to sylvia youngs because he was such a good singer, how would it be possible for him to not be able to sing now? Sheesh think before you talk crap.

I think they are manufactured. But they're not very good anyway, and their new album is an obvious sell out. It's even more evil than MTV's brand of propaganda. Come on, naming an album "Present for Everyone" and marketing it at Christmas time is the biggest fraud the music industry has ever seen.
In Busted's favour, I think their cover of "Where is the Love?" was an improvement on the original. I hate Black Eyed Peas though, so that's not saying much.

just because I said that Busted are little teenage boys playing popmusic with a little bit of guitar and that the lyrics are senseless and stupid. oh yeh...At last I said that this is maybe good music for little johnnys birthday party...
