| Discussion: Bowling For Soup Thanks to Blink182, we have 7,892 cute and cuddly bands whose music videos look like Saved By The Bell episodes. Silly, cute, safe, and goofy good times for the entire family! With Hot Topic accessories no less! Punk Ruuulez! These bands are the reason that punk is deader than Sid Vicious. Bowling for Soup happens to have the most obese person to ever pick up a guitar in their band. I'd rather listen to "Girl all the bad guys want" than "cry me a river." I think they're creative and just want to make good music that makes people happy. I dont think anyone could obsess over them (like the 12 year olds who run around in slipknot hoodies even when they're at a different band's gig ¬¬) but I think they're great to just mosh out too, you dont want too many heavy bands trying give you all these messages, sometimes you need to chill out and be stupid, life is more fun that way and I think that's what they're doing.
