He smoked a LOT. You'd think someone like Bob Marley would have gotten the kind of pot that stones you after a couple hits. Instead, he sat around SMOKING joint after joint. In all the photos of Rastafarians I've seen, they do not have much regard for health. They puff big fat joints. Big fat joints or blunts = LOTS OF SMOKE. Lots of smoke is unhealthy. You want to get the best possible weed so that you don't have to smoke so much to get high. Or else use a vaporizer or some other harm reduction method. It's smoke that kills, not pot. But Marley died from an untreated medical condition, an infection that spread quickly and turned deadly.
