| Discussion: Björk Pages: 1 2 I saw Björk at the Coachella music festival a few years ago. A song or two into her set there were some technical difficulties with the sound system. For several songs the band had to sit out while Björk sang accompanied only by her harpist. Although Bjork, unlike the great voices --cesaria evora, astrud gilberto, nina simone, is always willing to try something new. She managed to create a deep-going and sometimes ambient like atmosphere in her music. A very nice factor is that on every new release she tries something new.
