| Discussion: Billy Joel Pure talent combined with enormous energy and poetic skill. He is similar in his musical skills to Elton John, but differnet. Love em both, n wish that they would colaborate with Willy Nelson, and find a way to resurrect Moma Cass. If not maybe later, sure hope I'll be there. He is talented, handsome, and an awsome songwriter. The element that makes Billy's songs a success are his experiences. He seems to draw from his own personal experiences to develop songs that will hit the heart of many others. I love his music. He is a true all around idol! I think he is a lot more talented and original than Elton John, the artist he's usually compared with. And while Benny Goodman was no doubt talented I wouldn't put him in the musical greats category. Duke Ellington could blow his ass out of the water any day. If he forgot words and missed notes, then he probably wasn't high on weed.
