| Discussion: Bad Brains Bad Brain is one the greatess punk bands ever >>By Godzola Bad Brains took the idea of punk and molded it into their own original music, throwing out all the boring repetative riffs in generic punk. The crazy screams and original guitar created a whole new world to explore, infuencing popular bands such as deftones and glassjaw, who even influence more bands that are coming out today. HR is one of the fuckin greatest front men of all fuckin time. >>By PaxRoma45 Bad Brains are definitley (one of) the most creative and unique punk bands ever... the black dots album and the recording of it is amazing... the band recorded all instruments at the same time from different rooms, even from out side. But I still wanted to show him that it's not impossible. >>By bleurgh i used to know this skinhead who was black. he was a front man for an oi band here in SF. they weren't very good or anything and the rest of the guys in the band were white... it was fun though. and it was good to see a black skinhead for once instead of just a bunch of angst whtie guys trying to be tough. he kind of leveled things off. gave a good medium............ oh ya,.,.. in not a skinhead. >>By jimakane Once I saw a black "punk" (or dressed as a punk... blah blah) .. he had this really big blue mohawk.
