Discussion: Arthur Lee

Just saw the man in Chicago and he was great (as was the band). I'm interested in finding out any information that anyone might have about Arthur Lee's session(s) with Jimi Hendrix in March of 1970. "The Everlasting First" is of course available on False Start but does anyone know anything about outtakes w/Hendrix?

I have a bootleg CD called Midnight Sun on the Third Eye label that supposedly includes 8 songs with Jimi (Midnight Sun/Can't Find My Baby/I Can't Find it Without You/Walk Right In/Skin/Stay Away/Only You/See Myself in You) but the quality isn't great and it's hard to tell for sure if Hendrix is playing on these songs - although a few of 'em sound like it could be him.

If anyone has any info I'd love to hear from you.
