| Discussion: Al Green At first I really didn't know about Al Green. It was untill I was about 7yrs. old. I would always hear my dad playing it on his sterio and thinking to myself, "what is he doing listing to this music"? So finally I took the time to sit down with my dad and listen to what he was all about. When I got done hearing "Let's stay together" I fell in love with his music. So now I have about 5 or 6 of his CD's and every day before I go to school in the morning I hear his music. At school I try to tell students at my school to listen to him that you will like him, if not him, then you will like at least one of his songs. I promise. He has the kind of voice that reaches deep down into your soul and makes you forget about the pain in your life, he just takes you away.
