god theres a lot of clashing goin on about afi that means there fans actually care which is some thing not to many bands can say, most power pop bands like blink182 and simple plan though they may suck (in my opinion) its not fare to say that theire notworth a damn just because u dont like them. some body might and if they think that so than let them. i myself love afi. their great musicians(in my opinion again) but i dont think its worth it start shit with other fans. so swallow your fucking pride and let the new fans do their thing. we all love afi and thats all that matters.

ok I'm pissed I can't belive afi they use to be good untill all these fake punks started getting to them like a vulture over roadkill. they sold out it's a done deal. I heard them on the radio and I knew it was downhill from there. And I just have a little story to say. Before they were rotting with fame from posers. I made one of the fake punks listen to there old music. and was grosed out by the way they sounded. now the same person is bying all there cds.

Dude, I love AFI. All their music. Yeah jack_is_hot7, Bleed black is one of my favorite afi songs. I love the art of drowning the most. And the first two albums are awsome too.

Ok...magic_silly_puddy... It's not AFI's fault that the posers got their music, so don't blame them. Also, if you think AFI will change it's sound now simply because some people in mainstream society listen to them, you have little faith.
I love AFI. I does. My favourite AFI song is and always will be Silver And Cold.

I really like girls not gray. I think that song is one of their best. I like the video too, cause it's all crazy and shit. I really like a song called a winters tale, but it's kinda hard to find. If you find it online, listen to it. I love it. And of course Days of the pheonix is awsome, and the despair factor. Man!!! there is so many good songs by them.

Girls not grey sucks...infact their whole latest album was shit! they took a terriblt turn now their lyrics are too poetic and frankly annoying they were way better before...try listenning to "I want a mowhawk but mom won't let me get one" and "punk nation unification" those are good songs back in the day before they sucked I guess that's all

Dude, Almost all of AFI's music is poetic. Read some of the lyrics from "Shut your mouth and open your eyes" Thats old stuff, and It's extremely poetic. I think the new album is cool, cause they tried something new. I hate it when a band makes the some album over and over again. Like Pennywise. No offense to them, but I think they are boring.
AFI is incredible, and being poetic is their choice. It at least makes it unique. I mean Shit!!! I couldn't write like that.

Im sorry but some of you guys are dumb.Whoever said their new stuff sucks because its too poetic is retarded. Considering All Afi's old songs are also poetic. I own every AFI cd and there old stuff is almost the same. AFI is a very talented band. They have there own sound and there not losing it there new stuff is as good as the old.
And im sorry but blink 182 and all those new "Punk" bands are no good. I cant show any respect for that low quality of music. In otherwords they suck.

AFI is a good band exept for them selling out. ok peeple just let it sink in afi sold out totaly there a fuckin mtv for god sakes! the new cd sing the sarrow is good but its kinda skary. its also very gothic and i think that is gay but the music is good. i think there gay for sellin out but therre music is still good. i hope anti-flag doesnt sell out!
