I also grew up listening to them! They are a GREAT BAND! Real Entertainers keep the audiance going all night never a dull time at one of Areosmiths Concert. My wife just saw them for the first time and she really enjoyed the show It was December 13,2002 in Detroit at the Joe Louis Arena Home of the 2001-02 Stanley Cup Champion Detroit Red Wings Hockey team. They started the show in the middle of the Arena on a make shift set up the had a runway out to it with a drumset set up out there they opened with Toys in the Attic and Closed with Walk this Way. They did a mix of old and new Hits- Train Kept a Rolling,BigTen Inch,Love in An Elevator,Livin' On The Edge,Cryin,Dream On,Sweet Emotion,Draw the Line,Same old Song and Dance and More it was a FANTASTIC SHOW! Steven Tyler even Had one fan on stage for a song. I've seen Areosmith 4 Times in my lifetime and I'm 43 -1978 the 1st time,1985 the 2nd,1990 the 3rd & 2002 the 4th.It made it even more enjoyable this time because I was able to take my Wife to the show. You see I wasn't married when the other shows happened. I think the show stage wasn't as big back when I saw them in 1978 the Live Bootleg Tour.

>>By João   (Thursday, 27 Feb 2003 10:47)

It's kind of hard to talk about a band that is SO POWERFUL!!!!!!!! I've been they're fan since the release of 'Get a Grip' (for about ten years, now)... At the time I was 14 and I remember lovin' the video 'Livin' on the Edge', specially the part when Joe (he sure does ROCK ME SOOOOOOO MUCH with his guitar!!!) gets off of the tracks!!!!!!!! Unfortunately, I haven't been able to see their show, but I'll be damned if I die before I get the chance to be in Heaven with Steven, Joe, Tom, Brad and Joey!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They ROCK MY WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've listened to Aerosmith practically all my life, my dad passed the greatness on to me. This band has put so much into their music that I would have to say they are the greatest band in the world. They should already get that credit just for still bringing their fans music, and still being together.

I love reading how much everyone loves Areosmith. Their music knows no boundaries to age or area. I am 56 yrs. old and still rockin on their music from day one! Each member of the band contributes so much to their music and our enjoyment of it. They also have private lives and families and still, they give as much to their fans as possible. Aerosmith is one of the greatest rock bands of all time. I send them much love and energy to create and play for as long as they enjoy the rush:) congrats for playing at max's in Kansas City!
You are soooooooooo sweet! rock on.........

I saw Aerosmith's Just Push Play tour and they actually walked out in the crowd to go to a stage sat up on the lawn and I thought that was the coolest thing I had ever saw. There was almost 20,000 people or more there and they did the most awesome show I had ever saw. All can say to these boys is Rock On!!!!!!!

>>By Sarge   (Monday, 19 May 2003 02:29)

does anyone else see a similarity between axl rose (GNR) and steven Tyler's singing. They're really similar. Just listen to the original mama kin and then gnr's version. Although they're similar, Aerosmith are naturally better.

Rock On!!!

Even though Aerosmith started out a Rolling Stones copy band, they have become a distinctive musical talent.

What can you tell me about the Fire Engines on the album Rocks which was recorded in The Wherehouse in Waltham? I was told the Engines are actual fire engins accidently recorded while they drove by?

My dad got me started on aerosmith when i was still unborn, and i am in love with them. Every song is a hit in my eyes. They are the epitome of raco and roll and everything to do with rock and roll. I love Stevens voice, and Joe Perry is the God of guitarists. I have yet to go to a concert though, but i am young, so my chances are still high *crosses fingers*
