And I could go on and on, Adam is definitely underestimated and is a musical genius and hopefully someday will get the recognition he deserves. I don't remember the exact year. What i do know is the song that really kicked my ass back then. The song that turned my life upside down. The song that changed my life forgood. Goody two shoes is the name. It sounded totally different than all the things i liked those days. But however..............I bougt the single and listened to it a hundred times a day and i wanted more. So i bought Dirk wears white sox. Understandable disapointed i was (besides the goodystuff i listened to things like boney M or Barry manyllow) i decided to stick with the goody. After a while i began to like the B-side, Red scab. Just one step away from 'Dirk'. I think there are many others who can share a story like this of how they became a punkmusic-lover and/or anarchist. I became to be a real Antcollector. And there is one album I do not have anymore. The Decca-album. With songs like Rubber people, Ruth Alice, and the real kick ass original of Red scab made this one o' my favorites. It even may be called a miracle that there're still fanclubdays of Adam Ant. The more because most antfans are fan because of the old stuff from the late 70's that has never been released officially. This is speculation, but idon't think that an antfan feeds himself with songs like Puss'n boots, Prince charming or Goody 2 shoes. Nice songs, but they're not as timeless as for example Physical, Tabletalk, Kick or the catchy 'Cartrouble'. >>By Sanvean
