I once had the privalege, no, the honor of being graced by aceyalone's magnificant presence, and I must respond to the encounter the only way possible,"GODDAMN".
This is definetly one of the most gifted mc's ,next to Aesop Rock, ever to bless a mic. The wordplay displayed by this Goliath of lyrics is a vast and phenominal plethera of intellegence, and definetly deserves the respect and admiration of the entire hip hop community and then some.
To sum it all up, niggas can't f**k wit the Ace.

aceyalone is one of the few who keep's it true. You don't always have to rap about killing people to sell records. I just picked up "love and hate" and it is the best thing to happen to hip-hop in a long time. fuck everyone who says different! I saw aceyalone about 2 years ago and it is with out a dout the greatest show on earth.

Aceyalone is one of the best rappers that has ever existed or ever will. The A-Team album is my favorite album of all time, and should be on every person's top-10 list. Althugh i personally don't like his new stuff as much as his old stuff, like to whom it may concern and all balls dont bounce, his music is continually amazing, and you hear a new style on every album he does. songs like slappy the happy killer clown and the sun took a day off and the moon stood still prove that he can rap about anything and still make a tight song. A book of human language is the most lyrically innovative record ever made, and probably will not be surpassed by anyone, anywhere. There is not a single rapper out there who could do an album that is more unique and mind-bending than A Book of human language................................

YO...Ace has been a pioneer in the underground hip-hop community since the early nineties. Always ahead of the curve, Ace drops groundbreaking lyrics and wicked freestyles on the daily. The underground hip-hop scene has been growing at an unbelieveable pace for some time now. Much of this growth can be attributed to pioneers like Aceyalone and rappers of the like that have laid the groundwork and set the foundation for other MC's like the living legends, atmosphere, beatnuts etc. Aceyalone is definately one of the greatest lyricist of our day and a true pioneer of Hip-Hop that has kept it real from day one.

He's a very good MC, but he's still straight forward. Sure he has great word play, but he's not that big of a intellect MC. Personally I like Eyedea better, and for rhyming, I'd have to say Canibus is on par with Aceyalone in rhyming, maybe even better because he challenges you to listen to his rhymes, rather then turning on the music just because your driving down the road, or whatever you do when your listening to music.
